Dear Teachers,

We are excited to offer you Professional Development Credit (or PD Credit) for the Education Perspectives—A Limited Series event scheduled for Wednesday, March 26, 2025. This dynamic event will be held at the First Church of God’s Chapel of the Anointing.

Doors will open at 5:30 pm and the presentation will commence at 6:00 pm.

In order to receive your Professional Development Certificate from Rise High Productions, we require all teacher attendees to adhere to the following guidelines:

• Teachers must attend the Education Perspectives—A Limited Series event, in person, and stay for the entire length of the program.

• Following the Q&A, a QR code will be featured on the main screens inside of the Chapel of the Anointing. This QR code will link to a brief online post-presentation survey which should be completed by the teacher attendees.

• The online survey must be completed by Thursday, March 27, 2025 at 5:00 pm. There will be no extensions and access to the online survey will expire at this time.

• Once all survey responses have been received, then electronic copies of the Professional Development Certificates will be emailed to the participants by Friday, March 28, 2025.

Once you have read the above guidelines, please complete the Registration form by clicking on the “I’ll be there” button and be sure to click on the box which says “PD Credit”.

The Professional Development Certificate is open to all teacher attendees.
